Processing Time

  • For non-tracked packages (stickers, prints, Canadian orders): orders are dispatched every Monday
  • For tracked packages: orders are dispatched every Sunday

 

Q: Which shipping service are you using?

Unless otherwise mentioned, I am using Canada Post for all non-tracked packages and Stallion Express for tracked orders. 

Q: I still haven't receive my package, what should I do?

Once the packages are dispatched, they are outside of my control and I am cannot hold responsibility for any items delay or mistake by the courier. However, if such situation arise, please don't hesitate to message me and we will try to sort out a solution :)
