Processing Time

  • For non-tracked packages (stickers, prints, Canadian orders): orders are dispatched every Monday
  • For tracked packages: orders are dispatched every Sunday

 

Q: Which shipping service are you using?

Unless otherwise stated, I use Canada Post for all non-tracked packages and Stallion Express for tracked orders.

Q: I still haven't receive my package, what should I do?

Once the packages are dispatched, they are outside of my control, and I cannot be held responsible for any delays or mistakes by the courier. However, if such a situation arises, please don't hesitate to message me, and we will try to find a solution. Certain fees (such as shipping and taxes) cannot be refunded once the package has been shipped.
